Eco-house owned by professional surfer in Scarborough near Cape Town

Professional surfer Flo Jung, one of Germany’s top wave surfers, built himself an eco-house in Scarborough near Cape Town and chose to use the leading international high-performance wood Accoya, which we delivered to Cape Town from Graz.

Studio Martin Auer

Named “Atelier Martin Auer” (Studio Martin Auer), the new bakery headquarters opened on the corner of Maggstrasse – St. Peter Gürtel on 20 August 2021. The façade was designed to reflect the latest trends, featuring vertical louvres due to the clear benefits in regard to functionality and look. We were asked to deliver around 10 m³ of Accoya louvres for the façade on the 6,500 m² building.

Garden lofts for Hotel Gut Guntrams

This imaginative project involved the use of over 35m³ Accoya in the shape of tongue and groove panelling and for the substructure.
This is the kind of project that really brings out the characteristic features Accoya: External walls subject to direct whether exposure, clad with jointless tongue and groove panelling that give them dimensional stability and a high level of strength.

Eugendorf shopping centre

The Eugendorf Center in Salzburg reopened in mid-December 2021. The centre occupies a 1,300 m² site next to the Wallersee/Eugendorf motorway exit.

The shopping centre has a modern facade made from approx. 3,000 running metres of Accoya slats supplied by us. Each planed Accoya slat measures 42 x 190 mm and is attached using just two bolt connections at the top and bottom, with the longest slat being just over 4.5 m long.

State vocational college Eibiswald - Project laboratory extension

We used Accoya to create a 550 m² lap-jointed facade at the state vocational college in Eibiswald, Austria.

The Ivy London

The Ivy Collection, a group of select restaurants, recently opened its latest restaurant - The Ivy in the Park - in Canada Square Park in London. The restaurant's creative interior design expertly combines high quality with sustainability through its use of Accoya wood - the world's leading long life sustainable wood - inside the new building.

Hechenblaickner Headquarters in Graz

The conversion of our office building was completed using our own high-quality products.
These products included Medite Tricoya as well as the use of Accoya for the windows, façade and patio. By way of a pilot, the project also made use of teak veneer Tricoya wall panels. The interior was designed using rosewood veneer in the entrance area.

Education Campus in Seestadt Aspern

Around 100 m3 of Accoya timber was needed for the exterior facade and inside benches at the grammar school. The outside doors were also panelled with 3-layered Accoya.
