House M, Velden

For the exceptional and straightforward façade of the single-family home near Lake Wörthersee, a combination of rough-sawn Accoya slats (33x47 mm) and spruce glulam beams was chosen. To harmonize the color of both types of wood, they were coated with a wood glaze from Adler, which, thanks to its special pigmentation, creates metallic shimmering color effects.

Since the expansive terrace areas are partially covered and partially open, Accoya Grey was chosen for this section to permanently avoid varying weathering patterns.

From the very beginning, Peter Held contributed his expertise and many years of experience working with Accoya to support the project and is delighted with the impressive final result.
