Production in the Merkscha veneer plant in Gratwein is constantly monitored by one of our employees from round timber classification up to the veneer shears in order to be certain that perfectly processed veneer can be offered. Furthermore, we are able to fulfil custom requests from our customers in the shortest possible time due to the proximity to the veneer plant (two kilometres) and a large stock or round timber. |

Popular custom thicknesses of all European types of wood are in the regular production program in all lengths on an ongoing basis. The veneer that is produced is subsequently sorted in our warehouse according to customer requests for industry and wholesale. |

Due to all-year production and the large veneer warehouse (two to three million square metres of inventory), we are able meet almost all customer requests (type of wood, quality, cut thicknesses, and lengths) for good commercial prices. |
