We have all popular types of wood in the thicknesses 0.6 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and in widths from 24 mm to 42 mm always in stock for you.
Custom dimensions and types of wood that are not in stock can be obtained at short notice due to large production. Heitz also produces edges with coated surfaces, industrial veneer edges, thick veneer edges up to 4.5 mm, and cladding and soft-forming edges.

Heitz is very careful about the high quality of the veneer edges. So that no threads stand out in the surface layer, especially for light types of wood such as maple, birch, and beech, the veneers for the central layers are only butt glued on the longitudinal joints. The thick veneer edges are only glued with PVA white glue. That way, the edges have outstanding properties with regard to flexibility and milling. In addition, due to the PVA glue, they have a very low concentration of formaldehyde of 0.1 mg compared to urea glued edges.
Inlaid Wood
Thick veneer edges with interesting colour effects, extravagant in design, and individual in the applications. Maple and beech edges are available with inlays.
Through advanced developed production techniques, there are even more flexible thick veneer edges from the roll.
