Description

Construction: Surface layer: 8 mm thick, fault-free/knotless PU glued
Central layer: 56 mm laminated (B4) finger jointed
Glue-on edge: 24 mm continuous
Dimensions: 72 × 145 mm
Lengths: 0.80, 0.90, 1.00, 1.20, 2.10, 2.20, 2.30, 2.40 m

Non-deforming through laminated central layer. The surface layers are 1-2% HF dryer than the central layer resulting in no cracking problems in the visible area when the wood contracts and expands.

Benefits of PU Gluing (1 component polyurethane glue):

  • Absolutely sealed glued joints and weather resistant
  • Temperature resistant up to 150° C
  • Resistant to mild alkalis, acids, and solvents
  • PU glue serves as a vapour barrier or alternatively a vapour barrier within the frieze

Particularly well suited for the production of thermally insulated front door panels. Diffusion proof, biologically and building ecologically safe.
