Bamboo Decks

Product Description
Bamboo is the fastest-growing plant on earth. A new sprout can grow up to one metre per day. The stalks of many types of bamboo reach a height of 25 metres and more.
| Thicknesses: | 5 mm |
|---|---|
| Lengths: | 205 cm |
| Widths: | 60 cm |
Each year, one third of the stalks of the Phyllostachys pubescens growing in China can be cut down without endangering the stands of bamboo in the slightest. Sustainable forestry ensures ecologically responsible cultivation.
Due to its extraordinary technological properties, bamboo has developed into a sought after raw material. Today, parquet floors, steps, panels, and veneers are produced from it. For the production of veneers and decks, lamellas are produced from the bamboo stalks; they are planed to size and glued horizontally or on edge under high pressure. There are two colours of bamboo – natural or caramel.
